Support

The Unipark support for online surveys is organized in the Unipark forum as well as with the help of a mailing list – thus supporting the underlying community concept. On the one hand, Unipark users help each other solving problems by mutually answering and commenting on their respective inquiries. On the other hand, Unipark supporters provide help concerning problems which remain unsolved.

In order to facilitate our customers the first steps in our software EFS Survey, we provide all Uniparkers with instructive software tutorials.
